摘 要:"工匠"精神自古以来具有深厚的内涵,现中国正处于"制造大国"向"制造强国"的迈进时期。高职院校作为培养有创新意识、专业技术技能人才的主要阵地,培育"工匠"精神是其应当承担的历史任务和社会责任。而作为职业教育的主体,教师当怀一颗"工匠"之心,更要加强自身"工匠"素质的培养。本文分析了专业教师"工匠"素质培养的必要性,提出了3条专业教师"工匠"素质培养途径,以期为加快"工匠"素质的培育、为社会培养更多技能型人才提供参考。The spirit of "craftsman" has a profound connotation since ancient times.China is now upgrading itself from a manufacturer of quantity to the one of quality.As the main place of cultivating the talents with innovative consciousness and professional technical skills,higher vocational colleges need to cultivate the spirit of "craftsman" for its historical task and social responsibility.As the main body of vocational education,the professional teachers should not only have a heart of "craftsman",but also strengthen the "craftsman" quality training.This paper analyzed the necessity of "craftsman" quality training of professional teachers,and put forward three ways of "craftsman" quality training for professional teachers,in order to speed up the training of the "craftsman" quality and provide reference for the society to train more skilled talents.
