摘　　要：人才培养评价是现代学徒制育人过程中的一个重要环节,对人才培养进行有效评价是改进教学方法,提高教学效果,保证人才培养质量的重要手段。文章对人才培养评价原则和评价过程进行研究与探索,并给出具体的评价建议。The assessment of student is an important segment in the process of modern apprenticeship education, and the effective assessment of teaching efficiency is an important means to improve teaching methods and ensure the quality of student cultivation.This paper studies and explores the assessment principle and process of student cultivation, and specific suggestions for assessment are given.
