摘  要:通过查阅文献,从多方面了解我国食品安全问题,并且针对这些问题,提出相应的改善措施。本文重点介绍了5种食品检测新技术,通过对比各技术的优缺点,从不同角度保证食品安全。经过研究分析,当前社会提倡养生,并且越来越希望通过安全、无添加的食物确保身体更健康,推进了检测技术的发展,也带动了精密仪器的改良。Through consulting the literature, got to know the problems of food safety in our country from many aspects, and put forward the corresponding improvement measures and practical treatment to resolve these problems. In this paper, five kinds of new food detection techniques were introduced, and food safety assurance was realized from different angles by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each technology. After a few research and analysis, people in the current society advocated to kept health, and more hoped to ensure a healthier body adopt safe and non-additive food, which advanced the development of detection technologies, promoted the improvement of more precision instruments.
