摘 要:教育技术能力水平是衡量中小学教师专业发展的重要指标之一。在校师范生是未来中小学教师队伍的主力军,其教育技术能力的培养备受关注。采用文献法、经验总结法和探索性研究法,以延边大学教师教育类学生(师范生)为例,在梳理与教育技术能力有关且与基础教育环境相关联的教学环节基础上,依据最优化理论和协同理论,提出构建多维、连续、可迁移的教育技术能力培养途径,即现代教育技术课程+教育见习、微格教学和教育实习,希望能够解决教育技术能力培养途径单一、不连续等问题,切实提高师范生的教育技术能力水平。The level of Educational Technology ability is one of the important indicators to measure the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.Normal students in school are the main force of future primary and secondary school teachers,whose Educational Technology ability training has drawn much attention.This paper build a multidimensional,continuous,migratory approach to improve the ability of Educational Technology with the literature,the experience summary and the exploratory research method,taking the students who major in education(normal students)in Yanbian University as an example.It is based on the optimization theory and synergistic theory,combing the teaching sessions related to the educational technology ability and the basic education environment.The approach includes modern educational technology course+educational trainee,microteaching and educational internship.We hope to solve the problems on the simplifi cation and discontinuity of training educational technology capabilities.It also effectively improve the level of education and technical capacity of normal students through the construction of new approach.
