摘  要:我国教师资格制度起步较晚,理论与实践探索的时间均比较短,在很多方面还存在不适应整个教育改革以及社会发展的情况。《中国学生发展核心素养》的颁布对我国教师资格认证提出新的要求,也为教师资格制度改革指明了方向:基于学生发展核心素养构建促进教师专业发展的资格认证体系,完善认证制度;以学生发展核心素养框架来构建教师核心素养蓝图;在教师培养和资格认证相分离的教师发展体制中贯穿对教师核心素养的培养;建立基于学生发展核心素养的教师资格认证标准。China s teacher qualification system starts late, and the time of theoretical and practical exploration is relatively short. In many aspects, it is still not suitable for the whole education and even social development. The issue of “ Chinese students key competence development puts forward new requirements for teachers qualification certification in China, and pointed out the direction for the reform of teachers qualification system, build the key competence of teachers qualification authentication system based on students development, improve the system of certification;To build the key competence blueprint of teachers by developing the key competence framework of students;The cultivation of teachers key competence is carried through in the teacher training and qualification certification. Establish a teacher certification standard based on the key competence of students development.
