摘　　要：渭南职业技术学院作为国家教育部现代学徒制试点单位,部分专业已开展了现代学徒制试点工作。阐述了以学校食品类专业学生为主体,以"工作室"为培养平台,以培养"准职业人"为主线的现代学徒制培养模式的探索和实践,旨在为我国高职院校的教育教学改革提供可借鉴的实践途径。As a pilot college of modern apprenticeship granted by MOE,Weinan Vocational and Technical College has carried out a serious of work in several majors. This paper discussed the exploration and practiced of skilled personnel training mode under modern apprenticeship,based on the“teacher studio”platform,and aimed to provide some references for the higher educational reform in China.
