摘 要:美育的传统内涵一是以艺术为手段,寓教于乐,培育社会德性,辅弼明道经世目标;二是以艺术为目的和独立价值,艺术与人生一体化,在艺术及一切美的事物中涵养心性,安顿和品味人生;并将超功利的人生观、价值观由士人阶层拓展到大众领域,以培养爱艺术、爱学问、爱智慧的社会风气。中西美育传统对接凸显出艺术与实业结合的美育新课题,反拨重道轻器、重道轻技传统,重视工艺制造能力及创意实践能力培养,这是一个非常具有当下意义的课题。当下美育应该加强工科与艺术学科的联系,注重艺术主体的综合文化素质、创新精神、实践技能,以生产设计者的创新与创造满足消费者日益丰富而个性化的美好需求。The aesthetic education has two traditional connotations. The first one is to educate the public through entertainment and cultivate the virtue of the society and assist the goal of making sense of the world with the approach of art. The second one is to integrate art and peoples life, cultivating the nature of mind and enjoying life with art as an aim and independent value. The connection between the traditions of Chinese and western aesthetic education is a very meaningful task in the current society , because it highlights a new subject of aesthetic education that combines art and industry. Instead of the tradition that focuses on the theory and ignores the practice , this concentrates on the cultivation of the ability of crafting and creative practices. At present, aesthetic education should strengthen the connection between engineering and art, and pay attention to the comprehensive cultural quality , innovative spirits and practical skills of the art subject. Additionally , it is essential for the aesthetic education to satisfy consumersxincreasingly rich and personalized demands with the innovation and creation of production designers.
