摘　　要：深化校企合作是创新职业教育的重要形式,在职业院校扩招100万人的新形势下,深入推进校企合作共建实训平台是满足社会高端人才缺口,提升学生实践能力的重要手段。文章以高职BIM实训室构建的概述作为切入点,分析新形势下校企共建BIM实训室所存在的困境,最后提出高职院校校企共建BIM实训室的具体对策。Deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises is an important form of innovative vocational education. Under the new situation of enrolling 1 million students in vocational colleges, it is important means to further promote the cooperation platform between schools and enterprises to meet the gaps in high-end talents and enhance students’ practical ability. This paper takes the overview of the construction of high-level BIM training room as the starting point, analyzes the dilemma of the school-enterprise BIM training room under the new situation, and finally puts forward the specific countermeasures for the school and enterprise to build the BIM training room.
