摘  要:目的探究基于问题式学习(problem-based learning,PBL)与案例式教学(case-based learning,CBL)联合应用于临床麻醉教学中的效果。方法将在我院麻醉科进行规培的47名规培生随机分为实验组(n=24)和对照组(n=23)。对照组接受传统教学模式教学,实验组在对照组的基础上采用PBL联合CBL教学模式。对比两组的考核成绩和教学满意度。结果经过2个月教学,实验组规培生理论和操作成绩均高于对照组;实验组教学满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 PBL与CBL联合应用有利于提高临床麻醉教学效果。Objective To explore the effects of problem-based learning(PBL)and case-based learning(CBL)in clinical anesthesia teaching.Methods The 47 residents who were trained in the anesthesiology department of our hospital were allocated into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=23)was given the teaching of lecture-based learning,and the experimental group(n=24)was given the PBL combined with the CBL teaching mode on the basis of the control group.The assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 months of teaching,the theoretical and operational scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group;the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of PBL and CBL is beneficial to improve the clinical anesthesia teaching effect.
