摘　　要：学习型城市是学习型社会在城市范围内的一种表现形式,同时也是建设学习型社会的有效途径。文中通过梳理国内外较有代表性的关于学习型城市建设的评价指标体系并进行相关比较,同时对学习型城市建设的关键内容进行解析,提出学习型城市建设评价指标体系的要素与框架,以期为不断推进我国学习型城市建设及评价提供参考与建议。Learning - based city is a form of expression of learning - based society in the city, and it is also an effective way to build a learning - based society.In this paper, the representative index system of learning - based city construction at home and abroad is sorted out and compared, and the key content of learning - based city construction is analyzed. The elements and framework of the evaluation index system of learning - based city construction are proposed. It provides reference and suggestions for continuously promoting the construction and evaluation of learning - based cities in China.
