摘　　要：应用型本科的教学宗旨不是简单的培养应用技能,而是培养学生的创新精神、批判性思维、学习和解决问题的能力。基于应用型本科研究导向教学理念的实施,对"粮油加工学"课程教学理论和实践等方面的完善进行了一系列探索。结果表明,教学效果良好,不仅有利于培养学生专业意识和爱好,且有助于拓展解决实际问题的能力,增强应用创新型人才的培养质量。The teaching aim of applied undergraduate course was not simply to cultivate applied skills,but to cultivate students'innovative spirit,critical thinking,learning and problem solving ability.Based on the implementation of applic-ation-oriented undergraduate research-oriented teaching concept,aiming at the problems in the teaching of enterprise quality certification course,several aspects such as curricula content,teaching method,teaching instrumentality and examination form were studied.The results showed that the effect of teaching reform was satisfied,the new teaching pattern not only avails to cultivate students'learning interest,but also to improve students abilities in analyzing and solving problems,beneficial to improve the training quality of high skilled talents.
