CBL联合PBL和LBL教学模式在针灸科临床教学中的应用

摘　　要：本文在分析了针灸学课程的特点和教学难点后,指出医学生临床实习的重要性及其存在的问题,继而从医学教学模式的基本概念出发,深刻剖析了目前医学教学模式LBL、PBL、CBL的优点和缺点,探讨了以传统的LBL和PBL教学模式为基础,CBL联合LBL和PBL教学模式在现阶段针灸科临床教学中的应用价值。Based on the analysis of the characteristics of acupuncture course and after acupuncture course teaching difficulty,at the same time,the author points out the importance of the medical students internship in clinical study and its existing problems.Then starting from the basic concepts of medical teaching mode,profound analysis of the current medical teaching mode LBL,PBL,CBL the advantages and disadvantages of the three kinds of teaching modes was made,and on the basis of the conventional LBL and PBL teaching mode,CBL combination of LBL and the application of PBL teaching mode in current acupuncture clinical teaching value was discussesed.
