摘　　要：以重庆电力高等专科学校酒店管理专业为例,结合现代酒店业发展的需求,研究了基于"现代学徒制"的高职酒店管理专业人才培养模式。Taking the major of hotel management in Chongqing Electric Power College for example,based on the development of modern hotel industry,this paper probes into the mode of personnel training for the major of hotel management in vocational colleges based on the "modern apprenticeship".
