摘 要:以玉米秸秆为原料,选取酸解温度、硫酸体积分数和酸解时间进行单因素试验,在单因素试验基础上,以得率为响应值,利用响应面法优化试验获得微晶纤维素得率最佳制备工艺条件为:酸解温度75℃、硫酸体积分数8%、酸解时间86min,玉米秸秆微晶纤维素(corn stalk microcrystalline cellulose,CSCMC)得率为63.27%。同时将提取得到的玉米秸秆微晶纤维素添加到大豆分离蛋白可食膜中,对膜的性能进行测试。结果表明,随玉米秸秆微晶纤维素添加量的增加,膜的抗拉强度呈现先增大后减小、断裂伸长率逐渐减小的趋势;水蒸气透过系数、氧气透过率均呈现先减小后增大趋势。Microcrystalline cellulose was prepared with corn straw as raw material. The effects of three factors of acidolysis temperature,sulfuric acid volume fraction,and acidolysis time on the yield of microcrystalline cellulose was investigated obtained by the response surface method. The following conclusions were obtained: the acid hydrolysis temperature was 75 ℃,the volume fraction of sulfuric acid was 8 %,the acid hydrolysis time was 86 min,and the yield of corn stalk microcrystalline cellulose was 63.27 %. At the same time,the extracted corn stover microcrystalline cellulose was added to the soy protein isolate cling film,and the performance of the film was tested. The results showed that with the increase of the addition amount of corn straw microcrystalline cellulose,the tensile strength of the membrane first increased and then decreased,and the elongation at break gradually decreased;the water vapor transmission coefficient and oxygen transmission rate showed first decrease and increase the trend.
