摘　　要：旅游作为满足人们精神层面需求的行业,需求呈现不断增长趋势,对旅游管理专业的人才需求不断上升。从旅游管理专业的整体现状角度观察,现阶段旅游管理专业教学还存在一定的问题和不足,为了适应现阶段旅游业高速发展的状态,为旅游业的发展输送更多高素质的专业人才,应当针对现阶段旅游管理专业现状中的问题进行分析,并找出改善教学效果、提升学生综合素质的有效方法。Tourism is viewed as the industry that can meet people’s spiritual needs,presenting a growing trend of demand,and the demand for talents of tourism management is on the rise nowadays.Seen from the overall situation of tourism management,there still exist certain problems and defects in the teaching of tourism management.In order to adapt to the present state of high-speed development of the tourism industry and to cultivate more high-quality professional talents for the development of tourism transportation,there is a need to analyze the problems in the present situation of tourism management teaching,and to find out the effective method of improving the teaching effect and students’comprehensive quality.
