摘  要:在线课程是改革传统的教与学形态、推动课堂革命和实现高等教育变轨超车的重要力量。文章运用文献分析法,从政策演进、标准体系、研究方法等层面对国内在线课程质量认定研究进行了梳理,研究发现:国内在线课程的建设经历了网络课程、精品课程、在线开放课程等多个发展阶段,在每一个发展阶段,质量认定都是保障课程质量的重要措施;课程资源质量、课程实施质量、用户学习及学习平台保障是目前在线课程质量认定指标体系构建的主要维度;经验总结法、文献归纳法、专家咨询法、理论模型法、德尔菲法、层次分析法、模糊综合评价法等是在线课程质量认定指标体系构建和指标权重确定的主要方法。最后,文章提出了基于QFD的高校在线开放课程质量认定研究新思路。Online courses play an important role in reforming traditional teaching and learning patterns, promoting the classroom revolution and realizing the transformation of higher education as well. This paper uses literature analysis to sort out domestic researches on quality identification of online courses from the perspectives of policy evolution, standard system and research methods. It is found that the construction of online courses in China has experienced several developmental stages, including network courses, high-quality courses and online open courses. In each stage, quality identification serves as an important measure to guarantee the quality of the courses. Currently, the quality of course resources, course implementation, user learning and learning support platform are main dimensions for the construction of the quality identification index system of online courses, and experimental summary, literature induction, expert consultation, theoretical model, Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are main methods for constructing the quality identification index system and determining the index weight. Finally, this paper proposes a QFD-based quality identification of online open courses in colleges and universities.
