摘　　要：现代学徒制是我国高等职业教育的重要改革方向,许多高职院校商科类专业正在积极试点现代学徒制人才培养,在现代学徒制人才培养过程中必须有一支学校和合作企业共同打造的优秀师资队伍,才能确保人才培养目标的实现。本文分析了商科高职教师队伍存在的问题,并对商科高职现代学徒制师资队伍建设进行了研究与探索。Modern apprenticeship is an important reform direction of higher vocational education in China,Many business majors in higher vocational colleges are actively piloting the training of modern apprenticeships,In the process of students cultivation,There must be a team of excellent teachers jointly built by the school and the cooperative enterprise, This paper analyzes the problems of teaching staff,and study and explore on teachers construction of the modern ap?prenticeship system of business major in higher vocational college.
