摘  要:在信息技术日新月异的时代,基于现代学徒制人才培养模式的课程体系教学实施应该以企业为主体进行,并且不断动态调整优化课程体系,也因此为教学实施带来系列问题。由于其动态性,学生所选职业方向模块不同,使得教学与学生管理以及学习效果评价变得更为复杂,因此基于企业本位动态调整机制的模块化课程体系教学实施,在教学模式、学生管理方式以及学习效果客观量化评价等方面面临着较大的挑战。基于上述问题,文章拟提出线上线下融合教学模式、双导师学生管理方式、基于人脸识别技术的学生专注度客观评价学习效果,解决实施现代学徒制下基于企业本位动态调整的模块化课程体系教学实施的问题,并取得了一定的成效。In the era of rapid change of information technology,the implementation of curriculum system teaching based on Modern Apprenticeship personnel training mode should take enterprises as the main body,and constantly adjust and optimize the curriculum system dynamically,thus bringing a series of problems to the teaching implementation.Because of its dynamic nature,students choose different career orientation modules,which makes teaching and student management and learning effect evaluation more complex.Therefore,the implementation of modular curriculum system teaching based on enterprise-based dynamic adjustment mechanism,in terms of teaching mode,student management mode and objective quantitative evaluation of learning effect,etc.Facing greater challenges.Based on the above problems,this paper proposes online and offline integration teaching mode,double supervisor student management mode,and objective evaluation of learning effect based on student concentration of face recognition technology,to solve the problem of implementing modular curriculum system teaching based on dynamic adjustment of enterprise standard under the modern apprenticeship system,and has achieved some results.Results.
