摘 要:现代学徒制试点工作如火如荼,但由于在合作中对企业利益的不够重视、政策保障不完善、院校自身吸引力欠缺等因素,导致企业参与积极性不高,“校热企冷”成为现代学徒制推广和实施的最大阻碍。挖掘企业参与现代学徒制的动因及制约因素,凸显企业参与现代学徒制的主体地位、完善实施现代学徒制的顶层设计、加强高职院校的自身能力建设是解决这一困境的出路。At present,the pilot program of the modern apprentice system is in its full swing.However,due to the lack of attention to the interests of enterprises,good policy guarantee and the attraction of colleges and universities,the enterprises'participation enthusiasm is not as high as that of the colleges and universities,which has severely prevented the promotion and implementation of the modern apprentice system.Therefore,through analyzing the motivation and restrictive factors of enterprises participating in the pilot programs of modern apprentice system,effective solutions should be found to empower the enterprises to play the principal role and,meanwhile,top-level designs should be improved to strengthen the development of vocational colleges.
