摘  要:主要分析了目前高职院校“食品分析与检验技术”课程教学内容与方法存在的不足,从授课内容的选取、教学实践方法、课程考核方式的设计等方面提出改革思路。研究表明,基于工作任务的课程内容设计、教学实践方法、过程和综合结合的课程考核评价方式,使学生的学习兴趣和自主性得到明显提高,也有助于培养学生的团队协作沟通能力、发现问题和解决问题的能力等,养成实事求是、一丝不苟的科研作风,为进一步成为合格的应用型人才奠定基础。This paper mainly analyzed the shortcomings of the teaching content and methods of Food Analysis and Inspection Technology in higher vocational colleges.From the selection of teaching content,teaching practice methods,the design of course assessment methods and other aspects of reform ideas.Research evidence,curriculum content design based on work tasks,teaching practice methods,processes,and integrated curriculum assessment and evaluation methods have significantly improved students'learning interests and autonomy,and also helped train students'ability to work together in teamwork and solve problems.Cultivate the scientific research style of seeking truth from facts,and lay a good foundation for further becoming qualified applied talents.
