摘　　要：应用权函数的方法及参量化思想,给出一个半离散一般齐次核Hilbert型不等式及其等价形式,还讨论了其最佳常数因子的联系参数的等价陈述,并给出算子表示及若干特例应用.By using the weight functions and the idea of introducing parameters,a half-discrete Hilbert-type inequality with the general homogeneous kernel and its equivalent forms are given.The equivalent statements of the best possible constant factor related to some parameters are provided.As applications,the operator expressions and some particular examples are considered.
