摘 要:目的探究情景教学法在新生儿复苏教学中的应用效果。方法选择本院40名护理实习生进行教学观察。将40名实习生随机分成两组。参照组20名护理实习生实施传统常规新生儿复苏教学,观察组20名护理实习生实施情景教学法教学。对比两组护理实习生的教学效果差异。结果两组护理实习生新生儿复苏理论考核评分、实践操作技能评分、教学满意度评分、教学有效率、复苏护理实践过程中意外事件发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对新生儿复苏教学过程中实施情景教学法的教学效率较高,促进护理实习生理论、实践技能的提高。Objective To explore the application effect of situational teaching method in neonatal resuscitation teaching. Methods 40 nursing interns from our hospital were selected for teaching observation. 40 interns were randomly divided into two groups. In the control group, 20 nursing interns were taught the traditional routine neonatal resuscitation teaching. In the observation group, 20 nursing interns were taught by situational teaching method. The difference of teaching effect between the two groups was compared. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in neonatal resuscitation theory assessment score, practical operation skill score, teaching satisfaction score, teaching efficiency and the incidence of accidents in the process of resuscitation nursing practice (P < 0.05). Conclusion According to the teaching process of neonatal resuscitation, situational teaching method has a higher teaching efficiency and promotes the improvement of nursing interns' theoretical and practical skills.
