摘  要:目的研究分析PBL教学对医学本科生教育环境的实践情况。方法依据“单双号分组法”,将本研究中选取的200名医学本科生分为对照组与观察组,每组各100名医学本科生,研究时间为2017年9月—2018年2月。对照组实施传统教学,观察组开展PBL教学;对两组医学本科生的教育环境进行比较。结果观察组教育环境测量总分、学生对学习的知觉评分、学生对教师的知觉评分、学生对学术自我知觉评分、学生对环境的知觉评分以及学生的社交自我知觉评分均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学可促进医学本科生教育环境的改善,对高素质医学人才的培养有利。Objective To study and analyze the practice of PBL teaching on the undergraduate education environment. Methods According to the "single and double number grouping method", 200 medical undergraduates selected in this study were divided into control group and observation group, each group of 100 medical undergraduates, the research time was from September 2017 to February 2018. The control group was given traditional teaching. PBL teaching was carried out in the observation group. The educational environment of two groups of medical undergraduates was compared. Results The total score of educational environment measurement, students' perception of learning, students' perception of teachers, students' academic self-perception, students' perception of environment and students' social self-perception in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion PBL teaching can promote the improvement of medical undergraduate education environment and benefit the cultivation of high-quality medical talents.
