摘 要:为了通过好的车身结构设计提升车身NVH性能,该文对影响车身NVH性能的因素进行了分类,并给出应对方案,通过加强车身重要安装点的结构设计,提升车身整体扭转刚度、弯曲刚度、车身整体模态、车身局部模态、车身局部刚度的结构设计,以及提升车身声腔模态、车身隔声性能的设计,达到较大幅度提升车身NVH性能的效果,从而有效地证明了有针对性地分类解决NVH问题的可行性,对于通过车身结构设计提升NVH性能具有指导意义。In order to improve the NVH performance of the vehicle body through good structural design of the vehicle body,this paper classifies the factors that affect the NVH performance of the vehicle body and gives the corresponding solutions.Through strengthening the structural design of the important installation points of the vehicle body,improving the structural design of the overall torsional rigidity,bending rigidity,overall mode,local mode and local rigidity of the vehicle body,as well as the design of the acoustic cavity mode and sound insulation performance of the vehicle body,the NVH performance of the vehicle body is greatly improved.Therefore,it effectively proves the feasibility of solving NVH problems in a targeted and classified way,and has guiding significance for improving NVH performance through body structural design.
