摘  要:通过对主减速器结构介绍,针对其结构特性及其装配调整的工艺难点,提出了多种改进方案和多种选配、调整用的工装设计方案,并对各种方案的优、缺点进行了分析和对比,最终通过试验确定最优的实施方案。This paper introduces the final drive structure and analyzes the technical difficulties of its assembly and adjustment.The cone bearing torque measurement technology,the bevel gear contact pattern and the backlash adjustment technology are analyzed,and various technical research improvements are proposed.A variety of tooling design schemes for matching and adjustment are proposed,and the advantages and disadvantages of various schemes are analyzed and compared.Finally,the optimal implementation scheme is determined through test verification,which can effectively overcome the assembly and adjustment failures,and greatly improve production efficiency and quality.
