摘  要:技术尤其是信息技术对推动教育改革和发展起着关键作用已成为共识。然而当前我国信息技术对教育教学的影响远没有达到人们所描绘的应然之态。何以如此?人们在认识、理解和处理技术与教学融合问题时仍囿于机械论世界观、还原主义认识逻辑和过于张扬工具理性的实践路径,以致于充满创造性、过程性和整体性的技术融入被简化为技术与教学的垒加。执持过程、关系、整体世界观与认识逻辑的过程哲学为理解技术融入问题提供了新思路。过程哲学视域下的技术融入教学,在形态上表现为以“事件”展开的动态发展过程,在过程上表现为融入理念的历险与融入实践的创造,在结果上表现为互融、互构与互生的统一有机体,这既是一种过程,又是一种结果。为此,技术融入教学作为一种“主观见之客观”的追求教学应然的实践活动,既要在融入目的上彰显教学应有之义,又要在设计时体现整体、复杂与弹性的融入策略;既要凸显过程、创造与生成的融入实施路径,又要运用具体性的技术融入评价模式,超越评价中“具体性误置的谬误”。It has already become a consensus that technology,especially information technology,has played a key role in promoting education reform and development.However,the impact of information technology on education in China is far from the ideal situation that people have described.When people understand and deal with the question of integrating technology and teaching,they still succumbing to the practice path of mechanical worldview,reductionist logic,and over-promoting instrumental rationality,so that the integration of technology,full of creativity,procedurality and integrity is simplified as a superposition of technology and teaching.Philosophy of process including process,relationship,overall worldview and cognitive logic provides a new idea for understanding the issue of technology integration.Under the perspective of process philosophy,the integration of technology into teaching,which is expressed in form as a dynamic development process of“event”,in process as the adventure of integrating ideas and the creation of integrating practice,and in result as a united organism of mutual integration,mutual structure and mutuality,is both a process and a result.Therefore,for the integration of technology into teaching,as a practice activity characterized as subjectivity depending on objectivity with a pursuit of teaching significance,not only the proper meaning of teaching from the perspective of integration purposes should be demonstrated,but also the unitary,complex and flexible integration strategy in the aspect of design should be embodied.Furthermore,not only the process and the integration way of creation and generation should be highlighted,but also the specific technology should be applied into the evaluation model,beyond the“special misunderstanding”in evaluation.
