摘 要:欧洲教师是欧洲一体化进程中出现的新概念,是欧洲教师教育国际化的标志。欧洲教师的内涵不仅应具有未来教师的专业特质,更重要的是要体现欧洲性,即欧洲身份、欧洲知识、欧洲语言能力、欧洲文化能力以及欧洲职业精神等。欧洲教师这一概念通过各种政策与项目加以推进,并对我国多元视角地建构教师核心素养的研究逻辑,彰显区域文化属性的教师文化自信以及促进教师跨境流动的系统合作带来重要启示。European teacher is a new concept merging in the process of European integration, and also a symbol of internationalization of teacher education in Europe. European teachers should manifest future teachers' professional qualities. More importantly, they should manifest "Europeanness", namely, the European identity, European knowledge, European languages, European culture, and European professional spirit. The new concept of European teacher is developed along with a variety of policies and programs. It provides significant implications to the construction of research logic on teachers' core competencies in China from multiple perspectives, boosts teachers, cultural confidence of regional cultural attributes, and promotes teachers' systematic cooperation through cross-border mobilization.
