摘　　要：为满足社会对复合型人才的需求,近些年国内展开了多次的教育制度改革,培养并为社会输送了大量高级技能人才。不过因高级人才培养涉及到众多要素,存在诸多困难,所以展开对高级人才,尤其是对社会发展有着重要作用的高级电工教育研究具有重要意义。本文将通过师资、教材、教学方式等角度展开分析,希望能够帮助更多人了解到高级电工培养思路。in order to meet the demand of the Society for complex talents,many educational system reforms have been carried out in China in recent years,and a large number of highly skilled talents have been trained and sent to the society.However,because the training of senior talents involves many elements and there are many difficulties,it is of great significance to carry out the research on senior electrical education that plays an important role in senior talents,especially in social development.This article will be through teachers,teaching materials,teaching methods and other perspectives to carry out analysis,hope to help more people understand senior electrician training ideas.
