摘　　要：本文分析了高职院校双师教师现状及培养机制存在的问题,借鉴人力资源管理中胜任力的概念,提出可以通过规范认定标准、优化招聘工作、加强培训教育、完善考核体系、加大激励力度等途径来构建双师教师培养机制。This paper analyzes the present situation of double teachers in higher vocational colleges and the problems existing in the training mechanism,draws lessons and puts forward that we can standardize the identification standard,optimize the recruitment work,strengthen the training and education,perfect the assessment system,strengthen the incentive and other ways to build a double teacher training mechanism.
