摘 要:元认知是关于认知的认知,元认知策略是一种行之有效的提升高职学生专业课程自主学习能力的手段,通过元认知设计制订合适的元认知策略是帮助高职学生通往自主学习的桥梁。通过大量调查,分析了高职学生专业课程自主学习能力薄弱的现状和产生的原因,并针对性地在高职专业课程教学过程中充分运用元认知策略,设计了很多技巧性的自主学习方式培养高职学生的元认知意识,协助学生制订符合自身需要的学习计划,提高学生的自我监控和评估能力,帮助学生有效地管理自己的学习行为。Metacognition is a kind of special cognition that can cognize oneself,metacognitive strategy is an effective means to improve the capability of Independent learning of highervocational students,and It is a bridge to help vocational college students to learn independently that students themselves designed appropriate metacognitive strategies by metacognition used.The paper has analyzed the present situation and causes of the weakness of independent learning capability of higher vocational college studentsin the study of professional courses, and made full use of metacognitive strategies in the teaching process of professional courses in higher vocational education,and a lot of techniques designed have used to cultivate metacognitive awareness for higher vocational students,and drew up learning plans that meet their needs following studentsassisted,and improved their ability of monitoring and evaluating themselves according to a large number of investigationscompleted.
