高职院校技能大师工作室管理制度研究——以湖南城建职业技术学院陈芳技能大师工作室为例

摘　　要：本文以国家大力发展职业教育、技能人才被列为国家12项人才工程之一、人力资源和社会保障部大力推进"技能大师工作室"建设为背景,以湖南城建职业技术学院陈芳技能大师工作室为例,主要探讨能够有效保障高职院校技能大师工作室正常运转和循序发展的管理制度.This paper is based on the background that the country vigorously develops vocational education;skilled talents are listed as one of the 12 talent projects in the country;and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security vigorously promotes the construction of "skill master studios". Taking the Chen Fang Skill Master Studio of Hu'nan Urban Construction College as an example, this paper mainly discusses the management system that can effectively guarantee the normal operation and sequential development of skill master studios in higher vocational colleges.
