摘  要:目的探讨PBL联合临床路径教学法在消化内科住院医师规范化培训教学查房中的应用效果。方法选取2016年8月—2018年7月来我院消化内科规培的医师共60名作为研究对象。采用随机的方式,将其分为研究组与对照组。在教学查房中,研究组采用PBL联合临床路径教学法,对照组采用PBL教学法。采用出科考试、Mini-CEX、360度评价以及学员满意度等方式来评价教学效果。结果出科考试成绩、Mini-CEX以及360度评价均提示,研究组的教学效果优于对照组,而规培学员的满意度也明显提高。结论PBL联合临床路径教学法在消化内科住院医师规范化培训教学查房中效果较好。Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with clinical pathway teaching method in teaching rounds of standardized training for resident physicians in digestive department. Methods A total of 60 physicians trained in digestive medicine in our hospital from August 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the subjects of study. They were randomly divided into study group and control group. In the teaching rounds, the research group adopted PBL combined with clinical pathway teaching method. PBL teaching method was used in the control group. The teaching effect was evaluated by examinations, Mini-CEX, 360-degree evaluation and student satisfaction. Results The results of the examination, Mini-CEX and 360-degree evaluation all indicate that the teaching effect of the research group is better than that of the control group, and the satisfaction of the trainees is also significantly improved. Conclusion PBL combined with clinical pathway teaching method has a good effect in the teaching rounds of standardized training of resident physicians in digestive department.
