摘  要:参与式的培训模式力求创建一种快乐、开放、高效的教师主动参与,接近教学一线的培训模式,以改变过去培训中学习内容繁杂,针对性不强,而被动型太强,收获甚微的状况,旨在探寻一种创新而又相对高效的培训方式.Participating training mode is to create a happy,open and effective training mode where teachers take active part in and the training programs are close to the teaching reality as to change the former training mode where training contents were many but disorderly,with more passivity and less pertinence and achievement,for a purpose of exploring an innovative and effective training mode.
