摘  要:目的探讨微信平台联合PBL+TBL教学法在全科医学实习教学中的应用效果。方法利用搭建微信平台,实施PBL联合TBL教学法,通过考试成绩与问卷调查方式分析评价新型教学模式的教学效果。结果与传统教学组相比,无论是自我评价还是组内互评情况,PBL+TBL组学生在表达能力、交流沟通能力、团队协作能力、发现并解决问题能力等综合能力方面有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组学生对全科医学实习教学方式和组织的满意度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),课程结束后,PBL+TBL组学生的病例题、实习表现、论文成绩明显高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在全科医学实习教学中,利用微信平台运用PBL+TBL教学法,能够激发学生学习全科医学兴趣和各项综合能力的提高,是一种较为理想的教学方式。Objective To explore the effect on application of WeChat-assisted PBL+TBL teaching method in general medical practice teaching. Methods Using the PBL+TBL teaching model based on the WeChat platform. The new teaching method was used to evaluate the teaching effect through the examination results and question-naire survey.Results Compared to the traditional teaching group, students in the PBL+TBL teaching group showed significant improvement in expression ability, communication skills, teamwork ability, ability of finding and solving problem, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05);The significant difference existed in practice teaching method and organization between the two groups of students(P<0.05). After the course, compared with the traditional teaching group, students in the PBL+TBL teaching group achieved higher scores of disease examples ,internship performance and thesis(P<0. 05). Conclusion using WeChat-assisted PBL + TBL teaching method in the internship teaching of general practice medicine, raised learning interest, improved comprehensive abilities, may be an ideal teaching method for general practice.
