摘  要:目的:探讨以临床实践为主导的教学模式在现代康复医学专业的带教中对学生思维能力和知识掌握的影响。方法:选择2017年3月-2018年7月在广东药科大学临床医学院就读的康复医学专业本科生101名入组,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=51)和试验组(n=50)。对照组采用传统的教学模式,试验组采用以临床实践为主导的教学模式。比较两组的专业知识掌握程度、对教学方法的满意度、对带教老师的满意度、对教学获益的情况。结果:在研究终点,试验组理论知识成绩为(77.42±1.11)分,高于对照组的(65.66±1.23)分;试验组操作技能成绩为(82.54±1.44)分,高于对照组的(77.34±1.14)分;试验组综合成绩为(96.72±1.57)分,高于对照组的(72.26±4.23)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组对教学方法和带教老师满意度分别为96.00%和84.00%,均高于对照组的56.86%和60.78%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生在解决问题技能、临床案例展示、知识掌握程度、未来工作获益、教学内容及教材满意、对康复学科兴趣等方面获益人数比例均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用以临床实践为主导的教学模式成效显著,可有效提高学生对专业知识和技能的掌握,促进评判思维能力的养成,提高学生对专业知识和技能的掌握,提高学生的满意度及教学获益,促进判断思维能力的养成,可为推进其他学科领域的带教改革提供参考。Objective:To discuss the impact of the teaching mode dominated by clinical practices on the thinking pattern and knowledge acquisition of students majoring in modern rehabilitation.Method:101 undergraduates majoring in rehabilitation medicine enrolled in the Clinical Medical College of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University from March 2017 to July 2018 were selected to be enrolled in the group,they were divided into control group(n=51)and experimental group(n=50)according to random number table method.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the experimental group adopted the teaching mode dominated by clinical practice.The degree of professional knowledge,satisfaction with teaching methods,satisfaction with teachers and benefit from teaching were compared between the two groups.Result:At the end of the study,the score of theoretical knowledge in the experimental group was(77.42±1.11)scores,which was higher than(65.66±1.23)scores in the control group,the operating skill score of the experimental group was(82.54±1.44)scores,which was higher than(77.34±1.14)scores of the control group,the comprehensive score of the test group was(96.72±1.57)scores,higher than(72.26±4.23)scores of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Satisfaction rates of teaching methods and teachers in the experimental group were 96.00%and 84.00%,respectively,higher than 56.86%and 60.78%in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The proportion of students in the experimental group who benefited from problem solving skills,clinical case presentation,knowledge mastery,future work benefits,content and teaching materials satisfaction,interest in rehabilitation subjects and other aspects were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopt effective clinical practice of the teaching mode,which can effectively improve students’mastery of professional knowledge and skills,promote to judge the
