摘 要:乡村教师五年一贯制委托培养招生连续多年火爆,有的专业年平均录取比例达到1:23,这一现象值得研究。从近年乡村教师五年一贯制委托培养招生来由、实践及培养效果分析,研究认为这种培养模式符合需求和供给原理、可修复乡村教育生态系统、实现乡村教师本土化、以及很好地传承与创新"老中师"培养模式,可有效解决乡村教师"下不去、留不住"的长期困局。The entrusted training program of five-year rural teachers has been well-received for many years,with its average annual enrollment ratio of some majors reaching 1:23.This peculiar phenomenon is worth studying.The Study analyzes the origin,practice and effect of this entrusted training program of five-year rural teachers in recent years,and holds that this training mode conforms to the principle of demand and supply,can repair the rural education ecosystem,realize the localization of rural teachers,and well inherit and innovate the"former secondary teachers school"training mode,which can effectively solve the long existed dilemma of rural teachers who are unwilling to go to and stay at the rural schools.
