摘 要:“双一流”大学发展战略背景下,大学英语教师应转变教学理念,采取多元化的教学模式,实现移动教学与课堂教学无缝对接,同时实施多元化的教学组织形式,重视个体差异,因材施教,开展精品课程建设以及教师团队建设,才能实现大学与教师个人发展大计。Guided by the “Double First-Class” Initiative,college English teachers are to update their teaching ideology and adopt the multiple teaching modes so as to make the connection between mobile teaching and classroom teaching feasible.Moreover,the multiple teaching arrangements are to be implemented while focusing on the differences between students and teaching according to their aptitude.Quality Courses are to be designed and faculty teams are to be organized,thus achieving personal growth and development of the university.
