摘  要:“积极老龄化”应注重老年人的社会参与,促进老年人的继续社会化,关注老年人个体生命价值与价值多元的表达。增权赋能是老年教育的重要内容,是增加老年人权力与能力,提升其内在能力与自由度、实现自我价值的过程。本文从增权赋能角度探讨开展老年教育的策略,通过外部制度政策的支持、促进老年人的继续社会化、提升老年人参与社区治理的能力、构建多元化的课程等途径,积极面对生死,提升老年人的价值感和尊严感,提升个人的权利感和自我效能感,实现自我价值。"Active aging"should pay attention to the social paiticipation of the elderly,promot the continuing socialization of elgerly,focus on the individual’s life value and the expression of multiple values of the aged.Empowerment is an important part of the elderly education.It is a process of increasing the power and ability of the aged,enhancing their inner ability and freedom,and realizing their self-worth.This paper discuss the strategies of developing elderly education from the perspective of empowerment.By the support of the external system and policies,promoting the continuing socialization of the elderly,enhancing the ability of the elderly to participate in community governance,and constructing diversified curricula,to help the elderly actively face life and death,enhance the sense of value and dignity,enhance the sense of personal rights and self-efficacy,and realize self-worth.
