摘  要:甜蜜素是一种蔗糖替代品,甜度高、价格低,在我国食品行业中应用广泛。但是如果超标食用会对人体造成危害,所以控制食品中甜蜜素的用量具有重要的意义。本文主要概括了近年来采用毛细管柱气相色谱法测定酒品、饮品及高蛋白食品中甜蜜素含量的具体方法,提出了毛细管柱气相色谱法测定甜蜜素的技术要点。Cyclamate is a substitute for sucrose,which is widely used in food industry in China because of its high sweetness and low price.But if the excessive consumption will cause harm to the human body,it is of great significance to control its use in food.In this paper,the specific methods for the determination of cyclamate in wine,drinks and high-protein foods by capillary column gas chromatography in recent years were summarized,and the technical essentials for the determination of cyclamate by capillary column gas chromatography were put forward.
