摘  要:教师培训文化经历了由教师培训、教师专业发展到教师学习的培训理念变迁。新时期,教师培训机构应以教师学习为核心建构教师培训文化。支起培训文化的"六根柱子",重构培训使命、培训愿景、培训理念和培训模式内涵,探索教师学习文化建构下的教师培训策略,提高教师学习力。The teacher training culture has witnessed the training concept changes from teacher training, teacher professional development to teaching learning. In new era, the teacher training institute is supposed to construct teaching training culture with teacher learning as the core. We should uphold"six pillars"of training culture, reconstruct training mission, training expectation,training concepts and training module connotation, explore the teacher training strategies under the cultural construction of teaching learning, and finally improve teacher learning ability.
