摘 要:高职师范生关键能力的提升,是高职师范生职业生涯持续发展的重要支撑,同时也是确保高职师范生能够适应岗位、为社会做出更大贡献的重要保障,为此,高职院校需要关注高职师范生关键能力的提升。本文在对高职师范生关键能力结构做出分析与论述的基础上,从高职院校课程结构的设计、教学内容的改革以及评价机制的完善三个方面,对高职师范生关键能力培养策略进行了研究与探讨。The improvement of key ability of higher vocational normal college students is an important support for the sustainable development of their career, as well as an important guarantee to ensure that higher vocational normal college students can adapt to their posts and make greater contributions to the society. Therefore, higher vocational colleges need to pay attention to the improvement of key ability of higher vocational normal college students. Based on the analysis and discussion of the key ability structure of normal college students in higher vocational colleges, this paper studies and discusses the key ability cultivation strategy of normal college students in higher vocational colleges from three aspects: the design of curriculum structure, the reform of teaching content and the improvement of evaluation mechanism.
