摘  要:随着我国卓越教师培养计划的实施,卓越小学教师的培养问题已引起学界的高度重视。职前教师教育是卓越小学教师培养的起始阶段。要做好卓越小学教师的职前培养工作,师范院校需确定恰当的培养目标、合理的课程设置和有效的教学实施。With the implementation of the training plan for outstanding teachers in China,the training of outstanding primary school teachers has attracted great attention.Pre-service teacher education is the initial stage of training excellent primary school teachers.In order to do a good job in pre-service training of excellent primary school teachers,teachers’ colleges and universities should determine appropriate training objectives,carry out reasonable curriculum arrangement and effective teaching.
