转型背景下应用型商务英语人才培养模式探析

摘　　要：经济与社会发展的外在需求和商务英语专业发展的内在问题,使商务英语人才培养有必要向应用型转变。文章认为,针对地方经济与社会发展的实际需求,精准定位人才培养目标;通过课程学习方式校本培养"双师双能型"教师队伍;与地方高校智库合作,创新校企深度融合机制,编写"接地气"的商务英语教材,是商务英语人才培养应用型转变的可行选择。The external demand of economic and social development and the internal demand of Business English major development required the application-oriented development transformation of the Business English major. The feasible choices for such transformation include formulating the precise goal of talent cultivation based on the realistic demand of local economic and social development, cultivating the teaching staff with double-qualifications and double-skills through "lesson study", and by virtue of cooperating with the local think-tanks, establishing the cooperative mechanism between the higher institutions and enterprises to compile the practical textbooks of Business English.
