摘 要:作为生物技术产业化的关键科学技术,发酵工程因涉及多学科交叉、知识跨度大、难点内容多、科技更新快、实践性强等,学生学习起来难度大。针对发酵工程学科实践教学存在的诸多不足,笔者通过分析实践教学体系、实践教学模式、实践教学条件等因素,提出构建发酵工程“产学研”三位一体的实践教学模式,充分发挥“产学研”型大学的优势,培养助力行业科技发展的创新型专业人才。Serving as a key scientific technology of biotechnology industrialization, fermentation engineering involves multidisciplinary knowledge, so it is difficult for students to learn. Especially, the learning difficulty is greatly enhanced by the large span of knowledge, lots of difficult contents, fast technology updates, and many practice operations. According to the deficiency of professional practice teaching, we analyzed the teaching system, teaching mode, teaching conditions and other factors affecting professional practice of fermentation engineering. In order to fully exert the advantages of universities involving industry- academia-research ,the practice teaching model of industry-academia-research has been put forward. This model is useful to cultivate the innovative and professional talents who can urge the science-technology development.
