摘  要:高职院校食品质量安全控制类课程是高职食品质量与安全和食品营养与检测等专业的核心课程,随着社会和企业快速发展,传统的课程教学已不适应食品质量和安全控制类人才培养的需求,急需加快教学方法的改革。结合教学实际,探讨了三种不同的教学方法,即情景模拟式教学法、讨论式教学法、案例式教学法,经过不断实践,取得了良好的教学效果。The courses of "Food Quality and Safety Control" are the key ones of food quality and safety major and food nutrition and testing major in higher vocational colleges. With the rapid development of society and enterprises,the traditional teaching method has not met the training demands of food quality and safety control. So it is necessary to enhance the reform of teaching methods. Based on the teaching reality of our college,three different teaching methods have been proposed in this paper and better teaching effectiveness has been achieved with the continuous teaching practice.
