摘　　要：探讨中医文化负载词的英译策略,中医文化负载词英译的首要前提是译者具有良好的语言功底和翻译素养,归纳中医文化负载词的类型,据此找到相应最合适的翻译策略。译者应根据实际情况采用具体的翻译策略以达到最佳翻译效果,推进中医文化更好、更广泛、更有效地传播。This article discusses the translation strategies of Chinese medicine culture-loaded words with the help of examples.The conclusion points out that the prerequisite of translation is the solid basis of languages and the talent of translation strategies.This article sorts out the categories of Chinese medicine cultureloaded words and figures out the most proper translation strategies.Translators should adopt the optimal strategies according to the specific situations and promote the effective spread of Chinese medicine.
