摘　　要：扩招背景下,高职院校两级教学质量控制体系面临重大挑战与冲击。只有密切关注并积极适应扩招后学生的“多样背景、多元需求”,加快优化二元主体权责关系,改革两级教学质量控制“保障体系、运行体系、标准体系、评价体系、监督体系”,才能实现“增量又保质”的工作目标,最终将扩招利好政策转化为改革发展红利。Under the background of enrollment expansion,the two-level teaching quality control system of higher vocational colleges is facing great challenges and impacts.Only by paying close attention to and actively adapting to the “diverse backgrounds and diverse needs” of the students after the enrollment expansion,accelerating the optimization of the dualistic subject power and responsibility relationship,and reforming the two-level teaching quality control of “security system,operation system,standard system,evaluation system and supervision system” can the working objective of “increase quantity and guarantee quality” be achieved.Finally, the favorable policy of enrollment expansion can be transformed into the reform and development dividends.
