摘　　要：PBL(基于问题的学习)教学方法于20世纪60年代在国外医学院教学中兴起,90年代在建构主义思潮的推动下被引入我国。基于国内外PBL教学方法的比较,结合湖南师范大学医学院卓越医生教育培养计划,对临床医学专业PBL教学方法实施情况和反响等方面进行研究。PBL(Problem-Based Learning)teaching methods emerged in the teaching of foreign medical schools in the 1960s,and were introduced to China in the 1990s under the impetus of constructivism.The article compares the teaching methods of PBL at home and abroad,and combines the implementation and reaction of PBL teaching methods in clinical medicine under the excellent doctor education training program.
