摘 要:目的观察体验式教学在呼吸内科管道护理临床教学中的运用。方法选取2017年3—12月在该院呼吸内科进行轮转实习的72名护理实习生为研究对象,按照随机数字法分成对照组和观察组,每组36名。对照组给予传统教学模式,观察组给予体验式教学模式,对比两组实习生实习各阶段成绩情况及带教满意度。结果观察组实习生出科前在沟通能力、知识掌握、分析解决问题、学习兴趣、理解能力方面满意度均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体验式教学在呼吸内科护理临床教学运用中效果显著,值得推广。Objective To observe the application of experiential teaching in clinical teaching of respiratory medicine in respiratory department. Methods A total of 72 nursing interns who were internship in the Department of Respiratory Medicine from March to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was given the traditional teaching mode, and the observation group was given the experiential teaching mode. The results of the internships of the two groups were compared with the teaching satisfaction. Results The internships of the observation group were better than the control group in terms of communication ability, knowledge mastery, analysis and problem solving, learning interest and comprehension ability. The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Experiential teaching has a significant effect in the clinical teaching of respiratory medicine nursing and it is worth promoting.
