新时期开展职业教育精准扶贫的理论与实践研究——以天津中德应用技术大学精准扶贫贵州毕节为例

摘　　要：以天津中德应用技术大学贵州毕节精准扶贫项目为例,分析毕节地区目前在职业教育领域存在的问题,提出了“观念的转变是基础,党政的重视是动因,质量和内涵是核心,促进就业是方向,产教融合是路径”的职业教育精准扶贫总体思路,以借力政府机构的力量、深化产教融合、加强校企合作、提升教师素质、发挥地区特色为路径开展职业教育的精准扶贫。Taking an example of the collaboration project between Tianjin Sino-German University of Applied Sciences and Bijie Prefecture of Guizhou Province, this paper analyzes the existing problems in vocational education in Bijie Prefecture. On this basis, we put forward the general thought of poverty alleviation that "the transformation of ideas is the foundation;the emphasis of party and government is the motivation;the quality and connotation is the core;the promotion of employment is the direction;and the integration of production and education is the path". And we will conduct targeted poverty alleviation of vocational education by relying on the strength of government agencies, deepening the integration of production and education, enhancing school -enterprise cooperation, improving the quality of teachers, and making full use of regional characteristics.
